Lucy Bunn
18 year old Lucy is Chloe's niece. She is currently in her gap year, before going on to study Sports journalism at Sussex University. Lucy has been riding horse her whole life.
She was a successful pony rider before making an early transition to horses due to her height. Last season she partnered Douglas Bunn's Littlear on the national Grand Prix circuit and also at several Junior International competitions on the continent. The highlight of her season was 10th place in the Royal International Horse Show at Hickstead.
Lucy's dedication is second to none and the results of riding 10 horses a day over the winter are beginning to show. Under the constant tutelage and supervision of Shane and Chloe, her knowledge and skill is growing everyday. She currently has a string of young horses under her care that she will be producing during the coming season.
Lucy is keen to attract new sponsors and owners as she is ready to compete more regularly on the international circuit. She has a few vacancies available to take in new liveries.
David Simpson
David, from County Antrim, Northern Ireland, has been with Breen Equestrian since early December. Previously trained by Peter Smith, David is aiming for a place on Ireland’s Young Rider’s squad this summer.He has three good horses in his string; Cruise With Me, Tyrone Cruise and Killygordon.
He is a very gifted and natural rider. Over the winter he has developed the ability to break in and the produce the younger generation of horses. This is reflected in the mature approach that he takes to showjumping.
